Dave led corporate social responsibility at two different Fortune 500 companies where he garnered multi-year runs on the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes, the 100 Best Corporate Citizens List, the Most Reputable Companies in the U.S., the World’s Most Sustainable Corporations and recognition among the World’s Most Ethical Companies. He’s been named one of the 100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics by Ethisphere Magazine twice and one of the Top 100 Thought Leaders in Trustworthy Business Behavior for four years running by Trust Across America. Outside of his work with Campbell and Intel, he’s served on the board of several nonprofits and co-authored two books on strategic corporate citizenship. Most recently he founded his own company while serving as an Executive Advisor at the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship and Senior Fellow in Social Innovation at Babson College.
