Today we are finalizing the merger of Bright Funds and WizeHive, and I’m both humbled and excited by this opportunity. Joining forces with WizeHive, an industry leading provider of grants management solutions, will allow us to better serve our joint clients with a world-class, flexible philanthropy platform. I’m thrilled to be part of this expansion which comes at an important time in the growth of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) market.
In addition to having a philanthropy platform that is complementary to Bright Funds, WizeHive has strong financial backing, and they share our commitment to customer experience and success.
The opportunity: Giving is growing
Charitable giving has risen to record levels, totaling more than $470 billion in 2020, a 10% increase over 2018.i Technology providers like Bright Funds and WizeHive are increasingly becoming essential partners to foundations and CSR teams for expanding philanthropic activity. This includes evolving community investment and grantmaking initiatives, growing employee engagement and managing successful workplace giving programs.
